	Details:	The Philippines celebrates All Saints Day on this day. Families return to their provinces to clean the tombs of their loved ones and to pray for them. This day is used to be a regular holiday in the Philippines but was changed to a non-working holiday through an Executive Order issued by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
